An end-to-end UX design project for a smart recipe discovery and grocery management app built for urban Indian users — designed from research to hi-fi prototype with a full brand identity system.
rasa was born from a real pain point — urban Indians juggling meal planning, recipe discovery, and grocery runs across multiple disconnected apps. I conducted user interviews and affinity mapping to understand the core friction, then designed a unified experience covering personalised recipe discovery, smart grocery list generation, and pantry management. The product is supported by a complete design system — color tokens, typography, iconography, and a full component library — built for consistency and scale.

Personalised Recipe Discovery
Designed an AI-assisted recipe feed that learns from dietary preferences, past cooking history, and available pantry items — surfacing relevant recipes without overwhelming choice.
Smart Grocery Flow
Description: Built a one-tap grocery list generation flow from any recipe — with smart grouping by category and store section, reducing the mental effort of weekly grocery planning.
Scalable Design System
Developed a full brand identity and design system — color tokens, typography scale, iconography, and reusable components — ensuring visual consistency across all 34 screens.
